Arc Resistant

Arc-Resistant Low Voltage Switchgear is utilized in the protection, controlling, and monitoring of low voltage distribution systems. It has been successfully tested to ANSI C37.20.7 at KEMA-Powertest, and has been UL witnessed and certified. Arc-Resistant switchgear is ideally suited for all types of industrial, commercial and utility applications with distribution systems rated 600 volts or below.

Magnum DS

Magnum DS Switchgear is an assembly of metal enclosures, each housing draw-out mounted low voltage power circuit breakers. In addition to the three position draw-out Magnum DS Power Circuit Breakers, the assemblies normally include control and measuring devices such as relays, instruments, meters, instrument transformers, control power transformers, and the necessary power bus work and control wiring for AC system applications up to 600 volts.

Series NRX

Featuring high interrupting and short-time withstand, reduced weight, broad trip-unit capabilities, and an ergonomic handle design tested to 20,000 mechanical operations and 10,000 electrical operations, Series NRX provides the capabilities of a power circuit breaker in the compact size of a molded case breaker. Series NRX meets UL 1066, UL 489, and IEC 60947-2 requirements and is certified for 65 kAIC interrupting with 42 kAIC withstand at the 380-508 VAC range.

Remote Racking Device

The MRR1000 permits the operator to open and close a breaker from up to 25 feet away during the rack-in or rack-out process, well beyond the arc flash boundary for LV switchgear. Protecting personnel from the dangers of potential arc flash occurrences demand greater distance between an operator and the front of a switchgear lineup during racking operations.

Control Relays XTRG

As a part of the E Line family of controls, the XTRG control relay offers space savings, enhanced reliability and more efficient use of materials. Rated to operate thermal currents up to 10A, AC voltages up to 660V or DC voltages up to 250V, the XTRG contactor relay offers optimum performance in a compact package.

Control relays are used to remotely switch small loads or in complex control schemes. The XTRG relay can be integrated with contactors from the E Line ramily of motor controls to create compact, efficient control panels for a multitude of applications.

Contactor XTCG

The XTCG is the flagship of the E Line family of motor controls. The XTCG contactor offers space savings, enhanced reliability and more efficient use of materials. Boasting AC-3 ratings up to 32A @ 400V and with a maximum operating voltage of 660V, XTCG offers tremendous performance in a small package.

3 phase contactors are used to start motors or control industrial loads. The E Line family of contactors allows the starting of motors up to 15kW, and when combined with an XTOD overload relay or PKZC motor protective circuit breaker offers a complete package of protection and control for long life and reliable operation.

Thermal Overload Relay XTOD

E Line thermal overload relays XTOD offer precision motor protection with phase loss protection and ambient temperature compensation. The seperate mount design allows for flexibility and the units can be mounted on DIN rail or directly on the panel adjacent the motor contactor.

Thermal overload relays provide protective features for 1 or 3 phase motors. The relay monitors the operating current of the motor and switched the contactor off in the event of an overload situation. It also protects the motor from damage during phase loss..

RM6 series Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB)

ELine RM6 MCBs have a high-breaking capacity - 6kA, and is used for protection against overload and short circuit. ELine MCBs are available in 6A, 10A, 16A, 20A, 32A. ELine MCBs are connected using cable or busbar and has a C Curve characteristic.

RR series Residual Current Devices (RCD)

ELine RR Electromagnetic RCDs have a short circuit current up to 6kA ( Inc ). ELine RCDs can cut off the fault current in a short period of time, as to protect people and the equipments.

ELine RCDs are available in 40A. ELine RCDs are connected using cable, u-type bar or pin type busbar. ELine RCDs can be reliably using under polluted conditions.
