Richardson Engineering was established in 2011, specifically to cater to power distribution and railway infrastructure. Today Richardson Engineering is in the forefront of providing high quality distribution masts & railway sleepers to both Ceylon Electricity Board & Sri Lanka Railway.

Richardson Outdoor was setup as a joint venture with Mid-Day Group, India. Richardson Outdoor executed its first PPP with the Colombo Municipal Council by building bus shelters in the city of Colombo. In early 2001, Richardson purchased the shares of the Joint Venture partner & today is the largest OOH advertising company in Sri Lanka with a span of presence in 8 cities including Colombo.
